In-Row PAC 30kW DTCLA Series

DTCLA Series Precision Air Conditioner Row-level precision air conditioner for high-heat-density data centers and micro-modules.

Developed for high-heat-density data centers and micro-module data centers, the DTCLA series is installed adjacent to IT heat sources to shorten the air supply and return distance. It achieves 30%–100% stepless variable cooling capacity output and a high sensible heat ratio, making it suitable for high-density server cabinet row cooling. It provides 24/7 uninterrupted temperature and humidity control, and features EC fans, electronic expansion valves, R410a, and full alarm protection. A 7-inch color touch screen, RS485/Modbus communication, group control up to 32 units, and remote monitoring ensure precise and efficient row-level thermal management.

Product Feature

Near-Heat-Source High-Density Cooling

Row-side deployment close to server heat sources effectively eliminates local hot spots. It shortens the supply and return air distance and raises return air temperature. It adapts to micro-module and high-density rack-row layouts, improving overall cooling efficiency in heavy-load data center.

Full Inverter Variable-Capacity Control

The full inverter design matches real-time IT load heat dissipation. Electronic expansion valves precisely adjust refrigerant flow to achieve 30%–100% variable capacity output. EC fans dynamically adjust speed according to load, minimizing unnecessary power consumption.

Intelligent Centralized Group Control

A 7-inch color touch screen displays full-component operating data. Group control linkage supports up to 32 row-level air conditioners. A built-in RS485 monitoring interface and water leakage alarm function facilitate unified monitoring and early warning in micro-modules.

Compact Rack-Row-Adapted Structure

The slim cabinet dimensions fit standard rack-row installation space. Front and side air supply modes are optional. Wet-film humidification and PTC electric heating are available. A wide static pressure adjustment range adapts to various on-site air duct layouts.
