DTCJA Series Precision Air Conditioner Rack-mount precision air conditioner for integrated cabinets and cabinet-level high-heat-density scenarios.

Designed for integrated cabinets, micro-modules, and cabinet-level high-heat-density scenarios, the DTCJA series uses a standard U-height rack-mount design that allows direct installation inside IT cabinets. A 100% sensible heat ratio eliminates cabinet-local hot spots for precise cabinet-level thermal management. It provides 24/7 uninterrupted temperature and humidity control, and features EC fans, electronic expansion valves, R410a, and full alarm protection (power, water leakage, T&H over-limit, component protection). A 7-inch color touch screen, RS485/Modbus communication, group control up to 32 units, and remote monitoring are included for intelligent cabinet-level environmental control.

Cabinet-Level Near-Source Heat Dissipation

The standard rack-mount U form factor is installed directly inside IT cabinets. It works beside server heat sources, effectively solving local hot spot risks in integrated cabinets and micro-modules. The 100% sensible heat ratio is well suited to IT equipment heat dissipation characteristics.

Stable High-Sensible-Heat Cooling Performance

The optimized refrigeration circuit targets cabinet-level sensible heat load. Cooling capacity covers 3.5–12.5 kW. The matched variable-speed outdoor condensing unit ensures reliable operation under complex outdoor ambient temperatures. Optional PTC auxiliary heating meets cabinet low-temperature compensation requirements.

Simple Installation and Maintenance

Mature compact refrigeration components are used. Clear pipe interface definitions enable fast field piping. The compact modular structure makes component replacement and daily maintenance convenient. It suits scattered cabinet-level cooling projects for edge computing and small modular data centers.
